The Democracy Chain (TDC) is dedicated to publishing free and open commentary and discourse on public policy and political issues as written by art writers and artists with a dedicated interest and track record in such political and public policy issues as informed by their professional expertise as art and culture critics.
Founder Bill Lasarow originated The Democracy Chain with a January 3, 2018 performance at Los Angeles City Hall, the day of the swearing in of the 116th Congress.
